We bought a new Lincoln Navigator in 2023 with only 4 miles on it, and though we like the looks of the Navigator, how it drives, the maintenance has been a disaster. We have had the vehicle into Grapevine Lincoln about 6 to 8 times in two years and they never repair the back window to the back door that lifts up. Sorriest dealership I've ever dealt with. Made an appt for service explaining nature of problem (read it was a simple software update fix) explained THAT I COULD NOT LEAVE MY VEHICLE - WILL WAIT FOR SERVICE, take the appointment given only to be told I will have to wait another month for an appointment AFTER arriving for the designated appointment. Wasted MY TIME! Very unprofessional people who literally don't care about their customers.
Incomplete job on engine replacement after oil pump failure. Engine was under warranty, Turbos went out 5k miles later. The dealership is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Don't expect any concern other than short term profit.
Brought vehicle in for one of two outstanding recalls. As they had the parts the service department was able to complete both recall items while I waited. Another issue appeared after returning home and service is in consultation with Ford for a resolution.
