My experience with Grapevine Powersports was deeply disappointing and felt predatory. During the purchase of a Polaris Ranger 1000, I was pressured with a "take it now or the price increases" tactic. I had an extremely disappointing experience at grapevine power sport. The staff not only wasted my time but were also incredibly rude throughout the entire interaction. I came in with specific questions and interest in purchasing a motorcycle, but instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unprofessional. First time customer and I will be back. I loved my new Polaris . The team worked hard to earn my business. I would definitely recommend. They were fair and responsive to all my request.
Worst experience ever and way overpriced for the shabby work done. Brought it in for a simple carb and line cleaning on a 2001 Prairie with 600 miles on it and worth $1500. Did not drive it since the last $500 fuel line work they completed 18 months earlier. Said they got it fixed so I drove it around their parking lot and it was worse than when I brought it in.
