Manny (sales) and Jose (technician) were excellent. I had a unique situation where we were correcting a previous lift and they were made sure every detail was correct. I appreciate the call directly from Jose also so he understood what the end result needed to be. The truck was done on-time despite parts challenges. They communicated throughout the day and were super easy to work with. Fair pricing too. All you can ask for in a shop. Truck turned out perfectly. Thank you!!
My son and I went here to buy his first bike and these guys are great! They were not pushy at all, very accommodating and patient with us, and yes, they have gorgeous bikes to choose from! If you're in the market for a new one, I'd highly recommend checking this place out!
I highly recommend if you are in need a of a new ATV,, UTV or motorcycle, go see Jessica at Grapevine Powersports . I purchased a new UTV and it was the easiest experience. Jessica immediately greeted me as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. She went and grabbed the keys within a couple of minutes of being there and we went in a quick test drive. Continue to have solid customer service from all the staff here at GPS. Devin, Stacey and Zach, specifically have been patient and responsive. I have been riding for 25 years and always got used. I was fortunate enough to be able to buy my first new bike and happy I chose GPS. I won't say it was cheap, nothing is cheap anymore, but I feel like I got a fair deal and even more important: good people.
