These guys are amazing, Devin really looked out for me and was super helpful along with everyone behind the scenes that I didn't talk to as much. Stayed after closing hours to help me secure my first bike! Definitely coming back for my maintenance and when I'm ready for my 2nd bike.
Continue to have solid customer service from all the staff here at GPS. Devin, Stacey and Zach, specifically have been patient and responsive. I have been riding for 25 years and always got used. I was fortunate enough to be able to buy my first new bike and happy I chose GPS. I won't say it was cheap, nothing is cheap anymore, but I feel like I got a fair deal and even more important: good people. Great experience! Five stars! I was a bit reluctant to bring my bike into the dealer, but… I Brought my 636 in on a walk-in basis with excess chain slack. Spoke with Wade to see what coverage I had if any to correct this. Unfortunately, he informed me chains are like tires, so there is no coverage for it. However, he put a tech on it immediately and said they were going to adjust it for me today at no charge! Excellent service experience! Wade is the best! Thank you Grapevine Powersports!
