Excellent work. We were replacing only one window in the house we bought last spring-the previous owner had updated all but this one. Mr. Gravina was very good to work with; he didn't make us feel less important because we had a small job. The window was installed on schedule, very professionally. We would be delighted to use this company again in the future.

I liked their windows. I got the fiber glass affinity windows. I liked them, and they did a good job. Some of the work was delayed, but it was partly my fault. I had put some trim around some of the windows that they couldn't just get from a local store. They had to order it, so it would match other parts of the house. The carpenter did a great job. They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their pricing is reasonable as well. The quality of their work is good and I was satisfied with their service. They cleaned both inside and outside of my windows.

They are very fast and responsive. They are courteous and they don't leave a mess in your house. They always clean up after themselves. Their pricing was competitive and I would recommend them to others. They came out to our house and installed 13 windows.

I would say it went well overall. For spending so much money I kind of feel like they should have been in touch with me more than they were or have been. For example, I placed the order and heard nothing for a month. Once the month was up, I called and they said "the windows are in!" Maybe it was a coincidence that I happened to call right when they received my windows, who knows. I consider them superior, courteous and very professional. I am very pleased with the work that has been performed. I would call them again if I ever need a window service again. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. They pulled out seven worn windows and replaced them with seven new ones. They replaced four, 4x5 windows and three, 3x5 windows. The old windows were removed prior to the new ones being installed.

We ran in to some problems with the window. I also had to micro manage the project and that was really frustrating for me. We have emailed and contacted the owner a few times to allow for him to get back to us. Once the job was done, he never followed up to make sure that it was done right. I had to schedule all the different pieces. I would not ever recommend them. The price was good. The quality of work was good too. They installed a new front door and a door going to the garage.
