Very easy to set up. Marvin was very helpful and very patient. Normally I would not rent a storage building on line, but this was a breeze compared to having go to the facility. Certainly saved so much time.
Find it convenient that my online account has somehow disassociated my rental space from being accessible online. I then attempt to reassociate it with no success as it is now asking me for my access code which is not working. A few months ago they changed their access code structure failed to inform me so I had to call in and wait for someone to call me back all while they continue to process my autopay without fail so Im confused how they continue to take my money but give no notice regarding account changes or anything. Marcus was very accommodating and helped me with the online process of booking my storage unit. He made it very easy for me and I really appreciated his help. The whole process was very simple. Great customer service. The facility is always clean and easy access and very helpful. It’s also a great location and the staff is always very helpful..
Just want to say that this is the cleanest storage facility and they I have seen and they have the best and most friendliest office manager Chelsee B. she is very professional and knows what she is doing. Great worker, y'all better keep this girl!!!!
First off Millie is an amazing person but since this new company took over the rent kees going up . Auto pay hasn't worked twice and I can't get ahold of anyone so I will probably be charged a late fee.
