Louis is always the best. He treats my car like its his own. He is excellent in what he does and provides service with a smile. The younger guys call his name often, he leads well. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to return.
My wife and I have been using these folks for over five years. They’re great. Recently they diagnosed that her backup lights weren’t working and that the wiring harness under the vehicle had come unplugged. Which they fixed on the spot at no charge. I never have to worry about these guys. They’re top notch.
I depend on Luis and his crew to take care of my automotive needs. Yesterday I went in for an oil change and receive expert service. Im excited about the new Grease Pro and Car wash coming to Chipley Fl.
$42 PER TIRE just to mount and balance my own tires. Approx 15 minutes per tire, so you're charging $168/hr for shop labor. My buddy has a HIGH PERFORMANCE shop in PCB and only charges $125/hr for shop labor. You are an absolute rip off and I recommend people to avoid this place like the plague!
The website states open until 6 pm They lock up shop way b4. Went there twice in one week. Closed at 5:30 pm I do not buy this response. I confirmed with several other customers who had that problem and that is why I sent it to your attention. It would have been better accepted if you acknowledged the problem and fix it, but you chosed to cover it up. Poor way to run your business. You also need to check the website for errors.
