If I could give zero stars, I would. On August 20th, I brought my truck to the Hwy 77 Grease Pro for an oil change. They didn’t tighten the drain plug, and oil leaked out as soon as I got home. I had to return the next day so they could fix it. On August 23rd, I trusted them to service my transmission because they recommended it. Shortly after, my truck started shifting hard and shaking. We have used grease pro for years , my husband the most due to his construction business. Today I sat in the car while it was serviced . I heard something really hard hit my back passenger door . The worker looked at me and I looked at him he smiles and said nothing …we use them so much I trusted that they would tell me … I got home & looked I had a 3 inch gash all the way to the metal , deep dent and red paint thru the middle .
