The unit looked very clean. I was met and given a lock, key and thob to get into the storage. But called to Cambridge to set up payment and give information. Which is fine, just different from other storage rentals with staff and office on site.
The storage united looked clean when did walk thru. The only problem I see was trying to get a hold of someone to talk to. But other than that no issues
This is the second time using Great American Storage for my son who's in college. The facility is very well kept, the units are clean and the staff is helpful and always answers questions when needed. The process is pretty simple and straight forward which makes it even better. Thanks Great American as my son closes his senior year!
