Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. It’s like communicating with a turtle. I was more proficient in business at 16 than anyone who works at this title company. The company emailed me about five times within 12 hours to ask if our earnest money had been sent, when all along, it had - the title company just applied it to the wrong home. Had a cash sale that we wanted to complete ASAP, no mortgage, no Liens, nothing. Just a simple title search. Got my papers to sign with my name for title search a full week after they were hired. Here I am still waiting after 2weeks! This is after several phone calls. On the first call I was told oh so don’t want to wait the 30 days, I said no both parties told you ASAP. I close my transactions here because of the competency of the people that work there. All the escrow officers and processors have good communication and work hard for the client.

I have used this title company for over 40 years when it was under another name, but still the same great company. They are always professional and friendly and really know what they are doing.
