Being new to hot tubs and not knowing what to look for, Rich at Great Bay was very informative, consultative and transparent. Just the type of sales process we needed as Rich took the time to understand our needs and educate us on the options best suited for us. Post sale experience has been great too, they are quick to respond to any questions I have had since the tub was delivered. Would 10/10 recommend shopping with them for your first or next hot tub!
I cannot recommend Great Bay Spa & Sauna enough. My experience from being properly educated at the beginning, to the purchase, install and delivery was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer anywhere. They have come out to my home twice to perform service requests that were due entirely to my lack of understanding, have helped me with supplies and troubleshooting and have been courteous and professional all along the way. Incredibly positive experience! Jessica spent a lot of time helping us pick the right hot tub and gave us a good deal. Alan provided lots of technical guidance for the electrical and building the platform. This allowed the electrician to connect the tub without a hitch. The installation crew did a great job delivering and setting up the hot tub. Given the size and weight of the tub, remarkably there was no damage to the lawn. Jessica was exceptionally helpful and efficient with finding me the perfect Hot Tub. I went with the Sundance Berkeley which has surprised me thoroughly with its quality & comfort considering it is a price fighter model. I shopped many other brands/dealers and both Greatbay Spa and Sundance had the best longterm continued customer continued satisfactory reviews.
