My hot tubs control valve suddenly broke on me yesterday night with water oozing out like a fountain and I had to switchoff the tub to avoid further damage. However given the cold winter weather I was worried and needed someone to fix quickly. I contacted an emergency repairer on google who quoted a real high price even to come and see. I recently reached out to the service department at Great Bay Spa as we were having an issue with our control panel on our spa. After speaking with George, he assured me we could remedy the problem without having to schedule a service call. Going through Great Bay Spa was probably one of the easiest decision I had to make when shopping for a hot tub. They were accommodating and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy and were very patient when I was making a decision. They even worked with me on doing my own delivery, saving me some money. If looking for a great team who makes owning a hot tub easy, look no further.
Christian is fabulous. He follows through with everything promptly, and quickly checks into what he has questions about because he’s new to the product. The spa was everything we wanted. After it was positioned we realized we had made a mistake and they came out within days to fix it for no charge. He also has checked in regularly to see how things are going. Very pleased with the company!!!
