My experience with **** was awesome. The quality of the product he presented was the best that Ive seen for an enclosure and the fact that the company has been around for so long makes the lifetime warranty sound amazing. I also got to see how the enclosure would look like on my house through a iPad which was cool!
**** came out to work through the options on our house, which was not easy as it is an older house that is entirely brick. He professionally and patiently explained all the different features, and I can definitely say that we came up with a much better plan, and one quite a bit different from we had envisioned at the beginning.
************************* was incredibly easy to talk with, knew his product extremely well and made the whole experience a breeze. Wasn't planning to buy on the spot but there were honestly too many advantages offered to pass up. **** really worked to make us happy.

The sales process was efficient and the installation a dream. **** and ******* were excellent. The work was done without any concerns and they left the area in very clean condition
The back patio enclosure has become our favorite room in the house! We spend time morning, during the day and evening most every day! We live in Charlotte area, just across the border in Indian Land, SC. Since it was installed in April, we started using it in the spring with just a small space heater to take off the chill some days. The screened patio enclosure turned out as designed. Quality product and excellent customer service. Starting with our excellent patio consultant, **************, our measuring consultant and **** and ****** who did a phenomenal job with construction and clean up. Highly recommend this company, great experience.
Our sales Rep **** was very helpful! He listened to all of our ideas and what we had in mind. Although our plan was not what patio enclosures does, he gave us some great feedback and showed us beautiful products that work with our plan. We give Dayn 5 stars. He did not rush us, he listened and he was honest about cost. Most importantly he dont make us feel pressured to buy something right this moment, And for that we will definitely reach out, for our build need when the time comes. Thanks so much!!!
I had a great experience with Great Day Improvements, LLC / Patio Enclosures replacing my patio's custom roof. I bought my house 5 years ago and had an existing enclosed patio originally built by them. This structure was originally built 40 years ago and standing strong all these years. Last year the roof got compromised due to the weight of the ice of winters over the years. I am glad I noticed their sticker on the structure and reached out to them instead of anyone else.
