Ch***** ****** was great! He arrived on time for our appointment to look into patio enclosures. He was friendly and personable and very interactive with my husband and I. He showed several pictures for our options and demonstrated all related products. He also provided detailed information about how the products were manufactured and would be installed. We had a very good experience with Great Day Improvements. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable ( Deborah) and she made sure we understood the process. The materials were delayed due to the pandemic and a factory glitch which was nobody’s fault. Our 3 Season room is beautiful and the workmanship excellent. We are very satisfied and glad we went through the process.

Thirty one years ago we purchased an enclosure for our patio from Patio Enclosures. We have enjoyed this enclosure so much over the years. However thirty one years of door opening had taken a toll on some of the doors. We were so excited to have Josh T******* from Patio Enclosures show us how we could replace our existing enclosure with a new insulated, redesigned enclosure. Our enclosure has given us extra space in our home for family functions and a place to be outdoors while inside...we couldn’t be without it!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU TO J*** in ********* ********* for taking the time to walk me through a simple fix for one of our Stanek double hung windows. While cleaning our windows, the lower sash of a double hung became detached from the mechanism on the sides of the window that helps raise and lower the window. Essentially, it was stuck open. A service call would have been very expensive for this simple fix. Josh walked me the needed simple repair in just 5 minutes and saved me a lot of money. I appreciate the excellent... read more

I have been looking for a business to add a sunroom to my home for awhile. I found Patio Enclosures which was one of the only companies that custom design for your space. The other options offered kits that could be adapted to the space. I enjoyed working with Josh T. in designing and building my dream addition to my house. He was honest and helped me find the most cost conscience design. I am a little disappointed I have to wait now, but look forward to a well built product to last in my future.

**** ****** was very detail oriented and showed us several options to choose from. Would highly recommend Great Day Improvements for patio enclosures. When we needed to replace our leaky windows, we contacted Great Day Improvements. Our salesman, ****, was knowledgeable about the products and worked with our HOA to get the approval needed for our new windows. The office manager, Pam, kept us informed as to their manufacture and installation date and the installers worked quickly and cleanly. Thank you Great Day Improvements for a wonderful experience. We will definitely contact them for any future projects.

Our salesman, *****, was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions, giving very detailed responses as we discussed the various aspects of our proposed project. Photographic imaging technology helped immensely as it allowed us to see how the finished product would look. Unfortunately, we decided the project was a bit more than we can handle at this time but we will contact this company in the future should we decide to go forward with a similar project.
