I originally came to this office two years ago, but I wasnt ready to proceed with the recommended procedure at that time. But, I recently decided to move ahead and returned to this office. Dr Doeste is very professional, thoroughly assessed my situation a 2nd time & didnt just rush to the same recommendation as last time. Dr. Sherrill was more than amazing. The whole team and everybody involved worked with my schedule treating me well, with care and was very flexible and understanding throughout my whole Invisalign process. This is the best team I’ve experienced. I hate dentistry. I’m on a personal note but they have made my experience well worth every penny I spent and every time I spent With my Invisalign treatment.
I first want to say I don't think this is the front offices fault or the workers. They've just working with what they've been dealt. This is a management issue who is obviously telling them to understaff and to overschedule. Timeline of events: Last week-Made an online appointment for 3pm on Monday December 1st. December 1st-Arrive for appointment. Was told by the front desk girl that the online appointment scheduler doesn't work and I need to reschedule. Rescheduled for Thursday. We came in for a consultation. Abigail is professional, articulates herself well. The staff at this location have wonderful smiles. The atmosphere is inviting. I was very happy with Erin Sherrill DMD. She made my child feel comfortable. She as well communicated effectively and efficiently. I’d recommend this location.
It was a great experience!!! From beginning to end I felt like family. Every conversation and exclamation was spoken with my best interest at hand. When it was time to go I didn’t want to leave.
