The amount of time to be seen is improving. However, if you confirm your appointment in person or via the email they send, but their system malfunctions and does not show the confirmation, they will accuse you of not confirming and will cancel your appointment. Their confirmation system/process is flawed. I have had to discuss their process with them multiple times. Front office staff very sweet and helpful.. I have had a few issues with the office as far as communication from the dentist. My son is a patient there apparently had a referral that was in the system just not provided to us last year but one was given to us last weekend. One of the hygienist took it upon herself to be a little too comfortable in front of patients and staff and asked me why I didn’t make the appt? Both of my kids had a problem with bleeding gums and they had to get a crown. They don't let you go back with the kids. My kids both had scratches on the inner lip. My daughter said she told them it was hurting but they didn't stop. Kids gums are still bleeding even though they supposedly had a cleaning. The front desk will put you on hold for over 20 minutes even though there is no one in the office. Hygienist Estella is excellent. She does her job with a high level of professionalism. She was sensitive to hearing my concerns and proactively provided educational information. I enjoyed my experience with her, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking a professional atmosphere.
We been coming to this location from quite some time for our kids. What's hilarious is they kept us waiting for 30 minutes to tell us that our dental insurance doesn't cover our kids, their names are on the cards sweetheart..., then we said we'd pay out of pocket which was $400 for both, then they wanted another $400. It's disgusting how greedy businesses can be & how the staff see no issues with that. All my kids needed was their teeth cleaned. Shouldn't be that hard or expensive.
