This office is so amazing! It is so clean and Dr. Fisher was aceptional. She paid attention and explained in detail what i needed and focused on my main problems that worried me. She even gave me lots of options with different price ranges which ive never experienced at the dentist. Alisha the assistant was so caring as well! Very gentle, best service I've had in years from a dental office. I really recommend the staff is so friendly, and the office is so up to date with their technology it is beautiful.
Everything from bad communication and awful customer service. Office manager Alice was no help.kept talking over me and had a nasty attitude I Made an appointment months ago got a call day of appointment saying they couldn’t see my kids due to them not taking there insurance. What office waits till the day of the appointment to verify insurance? I may self verify insurances for my job and verify insurance weeks out so that my patients don’t have this inconvenience!! Do better and be more knowledgeable with others time.
Not happy with the unprofessional front desk workers, I made an appointment for my sons and the day before I get a call from a lady who seemed bothered to tell me she couldn’t locate my kids insurance with the provided information, I confirmed information they had was correct, called insurance myself, confirmed all active and well, I call back and get a slightly more helpful young lady who says she found the information, it needed to be fixed in the system but she couldn’t do it, the manager had to and would call me…. First impressions are important when going to any doctor, in my opinion. The receptionist/multitasker Alicia is really sweet. Very attentive and friendly, she'll explain everything that will need to be done to the patient and she's very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Fisher is very professional and the assistants are very lovely as well. I have no complains. Keep doing a great job everyone🤗 Thank you for taking care of your patients the best you can.
I had a wonderful experience visiting Great Expressions Dental Center, Citrus Park. This office has been a welcoming home for me for over 10 years now. On my recent visits I have been attended to by Dr. Fisher and her amazing, hardworking team.
