Today I went in for a “deep cleaning”, and Roberto provided the service. He was prompt, professional, kind. He patiently listened to my questions regarding my insurance carrier and provided an acceptable response, which helped to put me at ease, that I was not being overcharged for the services. Rough, Unprofessional Experience and Still No X-Rays I don’t usually write reviews, but after what my wife and I went through at Great Expressions Dental Center, I feel like it’s important to share. We both went in about a month ago for what was supposed to be a simple check-up. Instead, the assistants took 18 x-rays each and handled us like we were objects, not patients. The hygiene technician I believe his name is Roberto is very nice and very professional. I was so happy to see that he was there when I came in today for my cleaning. He has waited on me before and I am very pleased. The staff in the front office is also very friendly and professional.
Horrible. Went in for simple teeth cleaning. Then Dentist came in the room. She was arrogant Told me I couldn't have my teeth cleaned, if i didn't get them treated there. Previous estimate was 14k. I said im not doing that, can't afford. She then said I couldn't have teeth cleaned in HER office. So I took off my bib and left. All new staff. Previous staff was wonderful.
Horrible office manager. Zero knowledge and zero professionalism. I had to step in and help their patient because no one in that office cared enough to guide her in the right direction. The doctor even got on the phone and spoke to me with an annoyed tone, like she forgot she works in healthcare and not customer service boot camp. I asked multiple times for the tooth number for the patient’s referral, and the office manager kept repeating a phone number instead.
