Extremely poor customer service, horrible billing practices, Said it is a courtesy to bill your insurance but never did. Keep sending bills but won't change billing profile from pay per service to insured. Will not bill my insurance. Won't return phone calls. Very unprofessional.
the worse place for dentistry. workers there arenot friendly at all, they treat you bad, never call back, you need to go through loops to secgedule an appointement. take it from me its not worth it. I had to use them since they are contracted with my insurance company, but i prefer paying than going to them.
