Extremely dissatisfied! We made a cleaning appointment for a new patient half year ago. Followed up about 2 weeks ago. All was good. Arrived at location waited 1.5 hours and in that time they did ONLY X-ray and examination. They said they will not clean today because there is no time left. Excuse me, we made an appointment HALF year ago for a CLEANING and if you know the new patient might take longer than usual why Don’t you schedule accordingly??? Great experience. I had my first visit here. I hate going to the dentist and after my other dentist shut down, I waited over a year to go. The hygienist, Khanzi was awesome. When she did that pokey thing to check my gums I barely felt anything. She had to go a deep cleaning with that water drill thing, and she did such a great job it didn’t hurt and I didn’t even need numbing stuff. Loved her! Highly recommend.
Do not come here if you expect to be seen on time or have any kind of schedule you need to follow that day! We waited over thirty minutes past our appointment time with no communication from the staff of any delays and we were not taken back to be seen until I went to the desk and asked what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous, there are way too many other options out there to give this bad level of customer service.
Dr. D is the worst doctor I’ve been to. She only want you to get what she wants ants you have for her treatment plan even if you don’t have insurance to cover the cost. You don’t understand what she is saying and rushed my appointment. She also did my treatment plan without talking to me first. Sound like she is about money then the care and concerns of what the patient wants.
I was impressed with the skill, knowledge and gentleness of Dr Arvind at Great Expressions in Farmington Hills. And the other staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend the doctor to anyone.
