Friendly professional staff from start to finish. Got my husband in quickly compared to other places for an emergency. Forgot about how great they were with pulling all my best friend's upper teeth years back. This place has always been fantastic. I'm so glad I came across this dental office again. Highly recommend!
Not going to lie, I feel a little frustrated following my visit here. I wanted to have a tooth looked at (I have a partially missing filling and wanted to make sure it was not infected) prior to seeing my primary dentist next week. Before scheduling my visit, I called to make sure my insurance would be accepted and that I wouldn’t be charged an arm and a leg for a short visit. I would rate them 1 star, but they did introduce us to sealants, which my last dentist never did. Hence, the 2nd star, but that's only because they don't allow you 1/4 stars. Other than the sealants, I don't see anything redeeming about this place. Their office is not kept up. Their sign is missing letters in their own lobby. Pretty shabby. Dr. Arvind (the only dentist there) has communication issues. I only understood about 15% of what she was saying. She has a very thick accent and speaks extremely fast. Cleanliness should be a top priority at the dentist's office. That's not what we saw today. If you love licking door-knobs and whatever else staff touches with their gloves on before putting their now (and probably beforehand) dirty fingers in your mouth without changing their gloves, carry on. That's not a game I'm interested in playing. We were scheduled for a simple cleaning.
