Very professional and knowledgeable about my treatment. I would recommend everyone to visit Great Expressions in Goshen. Deanna was very gentle with my deep cleaning I felt very very relieved and NOT stressed out. She answered all my questions with concerns of my dental needs.
The doctors are great. Very gentle and they listen to the patient as far as pain and comfort. They have, however, forgotten now on two separate occasions, to send medicine for myself and my wife for different procedures.
I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to this time. I couldn't be more happy with Great Expressions. Just started going here recently and I've been extremely happy with the service here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Best cleaning I've ever had and they even offer payment options for self pay. Would highly recommend coming here to anyone looking for a dentist.
Today was my first time going to this dental practice. First of all the hygienist when she called my name she didn’t even greet me good morning or ask how I’m doing. She had BO. The place looked dirty. The experience was poor. Then had to wait an additional half hour for the dentist to check me after my cleaning. Which took 2 seconds. No consideration for my time. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO IMPORTANT. Including presentation. I will never return.
The Dental Hygienist was extremely gentle. She calmed me down from my past experiences with other Dental offices from my younger days.
