This dental practice has canceled my appointment on three different occasions. This last time was because someone was out sick. The call to notify of the cancellation never comes with an apology. “There’s nothing we can do about it” is what they said. Then I was automatically rescheduled for an appointment in 8 MONTHS from now. When I did go here (similar to a few other reviews) no one says hello. How is that possible? I’m now going to use another dentist. I do not recommend this business at all.
The people at the front desk are always very friendly and they take you in as soon as it’s your appointment you’re not sitting around for a long time. Clean place, thorough teeth cleaning. I hated going to the dentist, but not anymore. I’ve been going to this location for about 2 years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. They really seem to care.
I was very pleased with my experience at Great Expressions Dental! The service was excellent, and I’m so happy with the results. My teeth felt incredibly clean and looked so bright and white afterward. Everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I’m very happy with the outcome and already look forward to my next visit!
Diana was the best here at great expressions goshen location! So gentle and caring! Most people let the water splash all over you she was so caring 10/10
Very disappointing customer service. My wife contacted the office trying to discuss an urgent dental situation involving our child and also because one of the better doctors from the Monroe office had transferred there. Unfortunately, instead of listening or trying to help, the staff focused only on a “red tag” issue connected to a missed appointment that happened because we never received the promised text or email notifications.
