I came here a week ago or so, and I am very pleased with my experience here. It was my first time as a patient here and I was anxious due to having not seen a dentist in many years. My dental hygienist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was super kind and immediately made me feel at ease. She kept me informed as to what she was doing throughout the entire cleaning, which I greatly appreciated. She did an amazing job and was fabulous! This was my second teeth cleaning appointment with Great Expressions Dental Centers and it was wonderful. Just like the first time. Everyone was very nice, and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dental place.
One star just for Dr. Kass because his excellent work. Speechless for other things including rude front desk. Many unpleasant experiences already, just don’t want to give bad reviews until today’s visiting. The following just one of many unpleasant experiences. Requested for personal medical records to my general dentist office three months ago. But got response said that needed this time visit done and then would send it. The hygienist was very nice and gentle. The doctor was very positive in the explanation of future goals for my dental health. Over all it was a pleasant experience during my first visit at Great Expressions. Patricia Elwood
I went in for an Invisalign consultation with Gabriela Hricko, but the experience was very disappointing. The dentist arrived late, even though patients were already waiting. When I was finally seen, she barely looked at my teeth and simply told me to get a quote at the front desk. At the desk, I was informed they would overcharge me and then issue a credit once insurance cleared. I will not be returning.
