I came here a week ago or so, and I am very pleased with my experience here. It was my first time as a patient here and I was anxious due to having not seen a dentist in many years. My dental hygienist (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was super kind and immediately made me feel at ease. She kept me informed as to what she was doing throughout the entire cleaning, which I greatly appreciated. She did an amazing job and was fabulous! The services are good, my child like the pediatrician dentist, they are very friendly and nice. Downfall she so booked, dont have room for an emergency visits. Its hard to get appts because she so busy. The wait time to see her is at least 40 mins. I even consider many times to look for a new provider but its so hard to start all over when your child get custom and is scared of the dentist.
My experience with dentists has improved since I’ve joined the Great Expression Family. I have come to trust their care and attention and cannot emphasize enough on how good this team is. My only complaint is the schedule. For a town that has so many working families the schedule should be more flexible- 1 night of the week till 7 pm and more availability on Saturdays.
One star just for Dr. Kass because his excellent work. Speechless for other things including rude front desk. Many unpleasant experiences already, just don’t want to give bad reviews until today’s visiting. The following just one of many unpleasant experiences. Requested for personal medical records to my general dentist office three months ago. But got response said that needed this time visit done and then would send it. The staff was all nice. The hygienist was very gentle and knows what her patients can tolerate. There was a patient that was very rude to the staff at the desk. The desk staff was trying to do everything they could to make the rude patient happy. But it was a very good experience otherwise staff was great and friendly.
