Update: I reached out again by email as requested in their response. Over a week and they have not replied! Worst experience ever. They never mentioned preapproval, now billing me for denied insurance claim. Making it worse horrible job on bridge that causes pain and can’t even chew. Left with paying thousands that and for post for implant that I’ll never afford. Never returned calls with questions. Regret the day I walked through their door. AVOID.
Absolutely the best care my husband and I have received at a dentist.The staff is beyond amazing. They are patient and explain everything they are doing. The office staff are wonderful. Brenda very knowledgeable and professional, pleasant. Would HIGHLY recommend this office.
I recently had to change my provider and after a long research and some negative experiences, I came across Great Expressions. All seemed fine at the initial visit but after the second one , I developed an a kind of abscess and I let the office know to follow up with the Dentist but I never received a call back and I was in pain for more than a week. Going to the Dentist is not always enjoyable. Today the Ladies that cared for me made it a pleasant visit. I would highly recommend using this facility for your dental needs. They care about the service they provide and make you happy that you chose them. Thanks for making me have a great day.
Update: Finally had the permanent crown put in. In summary, I've had three temporary crowns from them installed. All three have fell out. I had to have two molds taken for the permanent crown. This, in my opinion, is because the assistant messed up the first mold causing the first permanent crown not to fit right. The assistant taking the mold said my tooth shifted in the 6-8 weeks of me not wearing the temporary causing the fitment issue. I do not believe that.
