Our years of experience with our Great Expressions Dental Center have all been positive. Becky (office manager) Carrie (Hygienist) Anna (Assistant) are such an amazing team. We love them all. We would love to keep a regular dentist at this practice but are happy we are able to schedule our visits with a dentist when we need to see one. Thank you for such a great team. God bless you.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers in North Olmsted was concerning. I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment before being seen. I came in for an extraction and cavity work. During the consultation, I was presented with a treatment plan that included an implant and totaled approximately $10,000. I can not say enough amazing things about the dental hygienist here. She is so personable, non judgmental and makes you feel comfortable. She talks you through the treatment plan and works with you to make it possible. The front desk is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable too!
Absolutely the best care my husband and I have received at a dentist.The staff is beyond amazing. They are patient and explain everything they are doing. The office staff are wonderful. Brenda very knowledgeable and professional, pleasant. Would HIGHLY recommend this office.
I recently had to change my provider and after a long research and some negative experiences, I came across Great Expressions. All seemed fine at the initial visit but after the second one , I developed an a kind of abscess and I let the office know to follow up with the Dentist but I never received a call back and I was in pain for more than a week.
