Worst experience of my life. I’ve been charged for work not been done & paying since Jan. 2025. I was told things complete at end of July 2025. Now they don’t have a regular dentist & it’s going to be an additional 9-12 weeks on top of the original due date. Horrible service. Any bill you get I would question considering my original estimate for this portion of work was $11k originally but after losing my job & sharing my income significantly changed. The bill cut in half…. Hmmmmm
I would give zero stars if I could. I walked in asking a simple question if they take Buckeye health insurance because I saw a sign saying they take Medicaid insurances'. The Receptionist working today on Tuesday was absolutely unprofessional, rude, and wasn't even willing to give me an answer to any question I had. She only responded with "we are not taking any new patients at the moment". And that's the only thing she kept repeating. Showed up for our appointments and was told they didn't take our insurance even though I confirmed it when making the appointment. Receptionist refused to listen when I tried explaining the insurance and said they tried to call. I have no record of an incoming phone call the day before. Said she never heard of the insurance and kept calling it something else. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend at all.
I can't begin to tell you my experience with Great Expressions. The receptionist is very knowledgeable about insurance and they treat me like family. My Dentist is very gentle and I trust him in his expertise opinion on my dental needs. I will not go anywhere else
I don't recommend coming here. I was told I needed to get four fillings on my teeth. I was unaware that there were other options to take care of my teeth. Do not come here. All they want to do is fill your mouth with fillings so they can make a buck off of you.
