Appointment October 24th 11 a.m ******* ******* Great Expressions. While scheduling, i said i wasn't going to pay ANYTHING EXTRA - only my free bi-annual cleaning. Checking in I said the same thing to the receptionist. A dental technician threw a very heavy apron over me - hurting my neck. She started taking X-rays. I said x-rays cost - I wasn't paying ANYTHING - only my free cleaning, She said it would cost nothing. After the x-rays she said a doctor would be in. Fraudulent, uncaring. The most horrible people I have ever dealt with for anything. They lied to me, straight out. Would not even call me back. Should not be allowed to be in business. Totally disgusting! They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to give them 1 for the review to go through.
I had an appointment scheduled in July 2022, but it was canceled and no one notified me. When I showed up on time, no one apologized for not notifying me. I rescheduled for a few weeks later, and again I showed up only to find out it had been canceled without notification or apology. This shows a lack of basic manners.
