People in reception are good and very attentive. Staffs and doctors are not pushing to get money. I felt that they did their job well. One thing to improve , to honour the appointment time but waiting time is more. Overall: would recommend.
Dr McKay is so nice and understanding. He listened to me and my concerns and help me form a plan for my dentist needs . He was very polite and patient all the while answering all my many questions. I will definitely come back and refer him!! His assistant Stacy was so sweet and caring during my procedure. She throughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions!! This was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist!!
Annie is a caring and thoughtful healthcare provider who consistently goes above and beyond. She doesn’t just clean teeth—she takes the time to listen, answer questions, and explain each step of the process. Her level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ well-being.
Had to have a root canal and crown . Office is clean and people are nice. Seen Dr Lara Bachour. Very knowledgeable and didn’t hurt. Glad she was able to to save my tooth. Would recommend them to anyone looking to save their teeth .
Elyse at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. Dr. McKay and other staff members are amazing. They are very knowledgeable, welcoming and explains things step by step. However, the decor, chairs, tv and wall are not representative of the service you receive at this office. The office appearance is so unwelcoming and so cold. It is unfortunate since the staff and service are so good. My 5 stars are for the staff and -1 for the appearance.
