People in reception are good and very attentive. Staffs and doctors are not pushing to get money. I felt that they did their job well. One thing to improve , to honour the appointment time but waiting time is more. Overall: would recommend.
Had a Great Experience at Great Expressions. The staff has always been really amazing but today was something beyond. I had a new hygienist named, Nico, who was just so on point with everything. Not that my other hygienists weren't. They were great, too. I was a bit hesitant having a new person poke around in there but there was nothing to worry about. Dr McKay is so nice and understanding. He listened to me and my concerns and help me form a plan for my dentist needs . He was very polite and patient all the while answering all my many questions. I will definitely come back and refer him!! His assistant Stacy was so sweet and caring during my procedure. She throughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions!! This was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist!!
There are no words for my experience at this location. I came in dramatic due to the severity of my pain. Tears, hollering and all. Embarrassing! The entire staff were patient kind and helped me immediately. Ms. Stacy Actually held my hand soothing me very kind lady. I so apologize and am so grateful for you all. This is my new dentist for sure! If they'll have me lol!
