Being someone that has anxiety about dental procedures, this office was amazing. Staff and Dr Higgins are wonderful. The office is filled with great energy. You can tell the staff really enjoy their job and each other. Very grateful for them.
I have good experiences with my office visits. The girls and the dentist are very friendly. Your phone calls to confirm my appointments are annoying and I want to block your number till a week before my appointments. Thank you.
Whoever said that going to the dentist is not fun has never been to see Dr. Higgins and his team at Great Expressions! I just moved to Granbury and needed an emergency root canal and crown. Dr. Higgins and his staff did a stellar, pain free procedure and they even made me laugh. By far, best experience at a dentist ever! Thanks bunches, Team Great Expressions!
I haven't been to a dentist in over a decade. I was so scared. I thought I was gonna loose my bottom teeth but the dentist gave me a treatment plan to keep them. It made me so happy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I actually look forward to my next visit. My teeth were not in good shape to say the least but they never acted judgy nor made me feel bad for my oral health. We love that Dr. Higgins listens to you as a patient and is caring and kind. Finding a dentist who is as understanding, empathetic and has a great bedside manner is not an easy job. We as a family are so thankful for him and all of his staff.
