Once I had X-rays they wanted to treat me for gum disease that was over an $800 out of pocket cost. The dentist had said my teeth are great, also I’ve never had a cavity, I don’t have gum disease but I have a “gingivitis infection” is what they called it. Your gums can literally get inflamed even from flossing too hard. I’ve always taken really good care of my teeth in fact I’m sure the gum irritation is from using a metal pick myself to clean out the tartar. Great experience! The staff was really helpful! There was a mixup with my insurance, but they stuck with it and got everything straightened out. The hygienist, Celena was really great. Professional, friendly, and really did a fabulous job. And Dr. Lee was also very friendly and professional. All in all, a really skilled, very thorough, and nice a bunch of folks!
Dr. Higgins and his staff are fun, kind, and very empathetic, specific & based to each individual client. Absolute perfection, from his bedside manner to his.eye for a beautiful smile... I have a horrible fear of dentists but the staff made it soooo comfortable! They were welcoming and very nice. My hygienist was the SWEETEST girl!!! I did get her name but I believe she was African-American and she had reddish hair. I just loved her!!! Dr Higgins was very nice and even joked a little which put me at ease!!! 10 out of 10!!!
I love this dentist office: it’s affordable and they never make me feel pressured to pay for or do anything I don’t want to do, this office has been great! the dentist is very professional. Alyssa and all the other girls in the office are so nice, this place makes you feel like they care about your well being and not just your money.
