Everyone was professional, polite and knowledgeable. As a new patient they explained what was going to take place today to me and my son. We both left feeling comfortable and we look forward to returning for our follow up appts.
Everyone was great very customer service friendly at desk and at checkout. My experience with the dentist and assistant was great I am not fond of dentist however both were very professional I felt relaxed. My next steps were explain in detailed the actual extractions were completed in a timely manner which made me feel better because I really dislike having any procedure. I was there May 27th at 9am
This was my first time visiting and I am pleased with the service provided. Everyone is friendly, professional and warming. I will definitely make this my primary dental office. Only reason I gave a 4.5 star is because the price (which was not high, at all) is not given/discussed up front but rather after service has been completed. Overall this was a GREAT first experience in my opinion.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Dentist, Dr. Rahimi, and the staff which included the dental assistants - Patrica and Samantha, along with the manager, Latonya Williams. Latonya took the time to explain the financial requirement and made the process very easy. Joy and Sonja were very personable and readily assisted me with feeling comfortable with my visit. Very slow, unprofessional and bad service. For both the day of consultation and the day of procedure. Our appointment was 8:30 am and at 11:30 I was still waiting. My Daughter sat in the procedure room for 2 hours before being seen. After waiting 2 hours to see the Doctor for a 5 minutes consultation and 3 hours wait on the day of the procedure he told us the procedure cannot be done. What was the purpose of the consultation? Shouldn’t the Dr see the X-ray the he couldn’t perform the procedure. Money spent and time wasted.
