From the moment I walked in, the entire experience went downhill. The staff immediately tried to push unnecessary add-ons, making the visit feel more like a sales trap than a place for real care. The most troubling part was Dr. Rahimi Nasim. She was condescending and demeaning, and her facial expressions made the entire interaction feel disrespectful and dismissive. Professionalism and empathy were nowhere to be found. This was, without question, one of the most unpleasant medical visits I have ever had. I will not be back.
