I had to get 4 hours of work done, my longest ever and I was actually kinda fearful. I’ve been really bad at taking care of my teeth, which need a lot of work. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience! The staff was not only obviously very good at what they do, but they were super personable, caring, interactive, understanding, and compassionate. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

PLEASE STAY AWAY. My first visit in August was okay. Came back to start procedure today and the staff is unorganized. Had me feeling out medical information I filled out the last visit in August but they dont have on file. Which leads me to believe some form of HIPPA was breached. After asking questions for clarity on my medical information that was lost as well as financial information the staff became VERY RUDE, VERY CONDESCENDING. I thought the staff was friendly and pleasant. However, you cannot make an appointment here unless you are willing to give up your entire day. The first day my son had a consultation that should’ve taken no more than 10 or 15 minutes. We were here over two hours when I inquired about the wait they have for me that the dentist had left for lunch. Everyone was great very customer service friendly at desk and at checkout. My experience with the dentist and assistant was great I am not fond of dentist however both were very professional I felt relaxed. My next steps were explain in detailed the actual extractions were completed in a timely manner which made me feel better because I really dislike having any procedure. I was there May 27th at 9am

I visited your Riverside office today, and I found the front desk staff to be very rude. They were yelling at each other and at patients, which I believe reflects unprofessional behavior. Because of this, I decided to seek care elsewhere. But when I asked them to email me my x-ray results, they rudely said I had to wait until the end of the day.
