From front desk staff, to hygienist, ex- ray tech to the Dentist it was and awesome experience. I went to Gold Dental for years. Once my insurance changed I had to find another location. Thought not as fancy it's more family and friendly atmosphere. And the service is very Thorough no rush! Love it thanks again for your great Service.
At first I thought this place was great I was having pain so I scheduled a appointment online and got a call back fast saying they could get me in the next day! So I take the day off work drive the hour drive 1 way for the dentist to be totally dismissive, he spent a whole 5 mins poking around and came to the conclusion that I had a defect in my tooth and the root was exposed and said use sensitive tooth paste. Seriously? Oh and he kept saying it had a filling there when I didn't, I have NEVER had a filling in any of my teet... read more
Dentist was rude and unprofessional, he Told me my sons tooth couldn't be fixed and had to be pulled. All with an attitude, he did not explain anything to me. So we Went to touro dental, they said no problem saving the tooth and there was no way they would pull it on someone so young. I wasn't going to leave a review but that dentist rubbed me wrong. The assistant however was very nice and tried to explain what was going on after the dentist left
Got my teeth cleaned by Kathy! She does the best job-couldn’t be better! See her every 6 months and it is always a pleasant experience--
Had a 9 A.M appointment the wait was less then 5 min everyone was was kind and professional got a cleaning and a filling the Dr was great and will continue to use great expression
