Their bathroom is always dirty each time that we’re there. They don’t let parents go to the back. Fortunately, my kids are in the 5th & 6th grade, so they will let me know if there is an issue. We’re switching to another pediatric dentist that’s closer to our house.
I took the time out to read the google reviews before writing my thoughts with this GE Dental office. Perhaps I should have read the reviews before trusting a referral from a GE dentist at another location. From my personal experience, GE is a good brand, and I won't change because of front desk clerks who have absolutely no consideration, no courtesy, obviously no proper training in dealing with a frustrated patient hence "unreasonable & unprofessional" decisions and conclusions. One of the most ghetto dentist I’ve ever been to in my life the girls in front have no clue what they’re doing Waiting in here all day to get my children saying for them to come back and tell me that the dentist wasn’t there that had not asked. I would’ve continued to wait total incompetency but not recommend.
My children had their first visit today age 13 and 2 at this location. I’m not sure how I feel just yet about their service. They only cleaned their teeth with a toothbrush and added some fluoride. When I went to the dentist as a child they cleaned with machines scrapped plaque and flossed me. The visit lasted about 10 minutes. I also noticed it didn’t seem like they brushed all of my 2 year olds teeth just the front ones. The cleaning seemed half done and not thorough. I’ve been coming to Great Expressions for a little over a year for dental care. I came to this office to have my broken permanent retainer removed. Dr. Katz was very professional and did an excellent job removing my retainer. You can tell he’s passionate and caring about his work. The staff has always been friendly and I’ve never had any issues.
