I absolutely love this Dental office and I adore the staff tremendously!! Between their hospitality, their kindness and their level of care as well as professionalism, I can definitely say that my drive all the way from another city is and was absolutely worth it. I brought my 4-year-old in for her first dental cleaning, and I was extremely disappointed. We waited over 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time before being called back. When the dentist finally came in, she spent maybe two minutes with my daughter and seemed rushed the entire time. It was also difficult to understand her when I asked questions. This office has poor communication with each other and the patient. They put us in a office and tell us to sit and wait for the doctor those was the words from and employee there sit and wait for the doctor now mind you we literally just seen the doctor and why are you putting us in a office and not a exam room to see the doctor. Then me and my 11yr old daughter sitting in this office for about 45min to and hour almost. The worst of all, starting with the manager. The most horrible service I've ever received. They gave me an appointment for 1:30 and they didn't open the place until 1:45 at the door. Then they made me wait foolishly for them to see my daughter for an hour and then they didn't give me the service because supposedly they wanted me to leave my five-year-old daughter alone with some people I don't know. I told them that if they had notified me, I clearly would not have made the appointment with them. I definitely do not recommen... read more

Everyone at the W Linebaugh Ave location is very helpful very knowledgeable and just overall good customer service my children got the proper care that they needed and we will be returning I'm very satisfied with the service if I could get 10 Stars I would.
