I brought my 4-year-old in for her first dental cleaning, and I was extremely disappointed. We waited over 40 minutes past our scheduled appointment time before being called back. When the dentist finally came in, she spent maybe two minutes with my daughter and seemed rushed the entire time. It was also difficult to understand her when I asked questions. Terrible service, never on time, the doctors get stuck in traffic and leave patients waiting. I was waiting more the 50 minutes. My appointment was at 8:00 AM. I arrived 30 minutes early, signed in first, and they called three patients before me. I do not recommend it.

The worst of all, starting with the manager. The most horrible service I've ever received. They gave me an appointment for 1:30 and they didn't open the place until 1:45 at the door. Then they made me wait foolishly for them to see my daughter for an hour and then they didn't give me the service because supposedly they wanted me to leave my five-year-old daughter alone with some people I don't know. I would like to say everybody there is really nice and Patricia Diaz is awesome. She’s very polite and helps customers out the best to their ability. I wanna give her a five star rating and also a five star rating for everybody else there in the office you guys are doing great thank God. The other lady is gone because she was terrible. Other than that. You guys are awesome back to positivity all the way you guys are awesome

I have been bringing my daughters here for about 4 yrs now. It takes me about two hours to get to the office but I don’t mind because the treatment we receive is like no other. The ladies up front are extremely helpful and friendly. The girls love the doctor and his assistants so much that they are not afraid of making conversation from the moment they walk in. When it comes to appointments, the ladies work around my work schedule with ease. If I could give a 100 stars I would!!
