Madeline (I believe this is the spelling, sorry if not!) was so nice at the end of the visit. Totally understanding of my situation with insurance. I'm sure they must deal with them often, but I am super grateful for her patience and thoroughness in explaining things to me. Thank you, also, to the doctor and staff that helped me with my consult and explained everything.
Excellent. Much better than my previous experience with oral surgery. Dr Tony was very gentle. Makes you feel very comfortable. He’s pretty funny too. The dental assistants were also very nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this practice if you need any oral surgery.
Great visit as always. This is my second time getting a root canal from this office. My procedure was painless before and after. I would recommend anyone that needs any dental work done visit please visit specialist on 5 mile road in Livonia. The employees are very professional and the doctors and they make you feel very comfortable.
I normally don't leave reviews but this dental office is just outstanding. This probably varies from person to person, but I got all four of my wisdom teeth taken out here without sedation and it was a pleasant experience believe it or not! Staff is consistently friendly and helpful here as well.
My experience was a little different from a patients. I was called to send a specific referral that I never heard of before to the office for a patient and I asked a lot of questions to understand what was being requested. The person on the phone was not very receptive to the questions being asked and when I asked her name she responded by saying I don't need to share my name.
