Though I didn't get the news I was hoping for about a previous procedure that I had being successful (it wasn't and I need to get more work done), Dr. Kass was kind, caring, and explained what steps we could take. He listened to my concerns and answered all of the questions that I had. I never once felt unimportant or rushed. I appreciate him and the whole staff so much! My visit at this office was amazing. The hygienist I saw was amazing, efficient, and caring. Dr. Lee was great during my exam she was thorough and informative. Additionally the manager Jozel was amazing. She was so helpful throughout my whole visit start to finish. She does an amazing job of managing a large practice like this as I have done it myself. Jozel the manager definitely deserves a raise!! I would highly recommend and be returning for my 6 month appointment!

I booked an emergency appointment with Dr. Ravneet Hira for excruciating wisdom tooth pain I’ve been struggling with for over a year due to insurance delays. From the start, she claimed to have reviewed my chart but immediately began correcting me about my own history. Dr. Lee is Amazing, and the office staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I was going to another dentist and I was not happy, but a friend recommended this place, and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve made. I’m already scheduling appointments for the entire family. I highly recommend Dr. Lee at Great Expressions!

The dentist that took care of me at Great Expression was Doctor Olleck. She is an awesome woman who took the time to explain everything to me and was the only dentist that would give me an emergency appointment. Her assistant Caroline was just as awesome. These two women together are a great team. I felt that they both were compassionate enough to understand my situation and were able to get me in right away and relieve my pain.
