Though I didn't get the news I was hoping for about a previous procedure that I had being successful (it wasn't and I need to get more work done), Dr. Kass was kind, caring, and explained what steps we could take. He listened to my concerns and answered all of the questions that I had. I never once felt unimportant or rushed. I appreciate him and the whole staff so much! My visit at this office was amazing. The hygienist I saw was amazing, efficient, and caring. Dr. Lee was great during my exam she was thorough and informative. Additionally the manager Jozel was amazing. She was so helpful throughout my whole visit start to finish. She does an amazing job of managing a large practice like this as I have done it myself. Jozel the manager definitely deserves a raise!! I would highly recommend and be returning for my 6 month appointment!
Dr. Lee is Amazing, and the office staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I was going to another dentist and I was not happy, but a friend recommended this place, and it turned out to be the best decision I’ve made. I’m already scheduling appointments for the entire family. I highly recommend Dr. Lee at Great Expressions!
The whole front desk was so sweet and nice. They helped me with all of my questions. Iyana and Ashley helped me with my deep cleaning and made me feel welcome. Everyone today deserves a raise. It's October 15th 2025. I recommend this dentist place to everyone.
Worst dentist ever. I have left 6 voicemails over 5 weeks, no call back. I get through to a human, ask my question and they say we'll call you back and never do. Asked 5 times to send their findings to my dental insurance, still haven't do that. And best part is, they ALWAYS up charge you and say that you need something that's not covered!!! Total joke
