As always, my dental visit was extremely pleasant. The staff at Great Expressions is always attentive, professional and gives service with a smile. The x-ray technician completed my x-rays quickly and efficiently. The hygienist always does an amazing job. My pearly white look fantastic! Setting up a future appointment was easy! Thank you for great dental care!
The dentist that took care of me at Great Expression was Doctor Olleck. She is an awesome woman who took the time to explain everything to me and was the only dentist that would give me an emergency appointment. Her assistant Caroline was just as awesome. These two women together are a great team. I felt that they both were compassionate enough to understand my situation and were able to get me in right away and relieve my pain.
a newer dental office I've been seeing due to new insurance. The staff is very helpful and nice. the hygienist William is one of the best I've met. The only negative is that I have been unable to see the dentist at the end of visits due to wait times, but that's fine as I have no major issues. I do recommend this practice
I needed an impacted wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it extracted. Dr. Kass was professional, efficient, kind, and made sure I had my questions answered. He also made sure I didn't feel pain during the procedure and told me what to do if I felt pain at any point (I didn't). The assistant was also professional, attentive, and kind. She made sure I was feeling ok both before and after the procedure.
I went to Expressions in Monroe on 7/28 for a filling. The very next day, I started experiencing tooth pain. I thought it might just be the filling settling, so I waited a day, but the pain didn’t go away. I called Expressions to schedule an appointment as soon as possible, but was told they had no walk-in availability and I would need to wait until the following week.
