I had a wonderful experience at Great Expressions in Monroe, NY. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. The male dental assistant was so amazing and so caring. I had an issue with a referral due to my insurance and Sue the Manager was able to get an approval right away. The office was so busy, but yet I was well taken care of by everyone. It took a while till someone picked up the phone for me but the wait was worthwhile. I arrived late due to terrible traffic in the area and they didn’t make any problems. They were super nice to my son and understandable! The place is meticulously neat and clean! Definitely recommend!
You can’t miss an appointment because you’ll be out of luck for months. scheduling appointments on the days the Doctors work more flexibility. 5 stars only because of Cynthia. Shes great as an assistant and now she’s at the front she really helps with scheduling makes things easier
I had a very disappointing experience with Great Expressions Dental. I had an appointment today for my daughter and needed Medicaid-paid transportation. Medicaid informed me that the provider needed to call them to arrange this. When I called the office to explain, the staff member who answered was insulting and unprofessional. She started screaming, "We don't do this service" and "It's the patient's responsibility to have transportation."
