I had a Great experience with Elsie and her team at this Great Expression location. From start to finish, they were professional, accommodating, and made the whole process seamless. The staff was friendly and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of service I received. I highly recommend Great Expression for anyone looking for excellent care and service!
I really like Great Expressions Dental Centers on Monument I been with them for a year now and i really love them. The staff I really friendly and very helpful. The hygienist she is amazing, she really care for my teeth and give me helpful tips. The Dr. he is very knowledgeable and always addresses all my concerns, excellent Dr. I really recommend this place!!!
Elsie was amazing and very helpful on the phone with helping figure out insurance issues and getting me an appointment today since I was have major tooth pain. Staff was very nice. Only unfortunate part is I need a root canal and can’t get into see a specialist for 2 weeks but appreciate all the assistance today. they are very helpful and laying out what needs to be done, including pricing and what insurance covers Elsie even made several other calls to other specialists trying to get me in sooner.
The staff was very kind however it seems to be a cover for the horrible news of how financially devastating dental care can be. One broken tooth on my top denture would cost me $304.00 AFTER INSURANCE! Why do I need to pay for insurance when it isn't utilized when needed. I am supremely disappointed. I just left the office without getting the tooth repaired. There isn't an on-site lab.
It was a great visit with Crystal. I think everyone should have Crystal, she knows her job well,and she took care of me like heavenly did not have to fear those drill in my mouth like before. Thank you Crystal.
