Terrible place! Please avoid it at all cost, completely unacceptable how they treat patients. I had an appointment at 4pm, dentist called to ask me to come earlier because there was a cancellation, I explained I had work but would try my best to come as soon as possible, show up a little past 3pm, door is locked, I knock and someone tells me office is closed, I explained I had an appointment, she says she would check and be right back and never opens the door again, waited for almost 1 hour outside before I gave up and left.... read more
The dentist made a snarky remark regarding me being on Bp medication and the mg which had nothing to do with my discomfort. Prior to even looking in my mouth and proceeded to tell me go she’s on a lower dose. That is not why I was there, let my Primary medical doctor ask me about that. I will not be ever going back there and will not recommend it
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Sowmya Sanjay. In my opinion, her work was unprofessional and far below the standards expected of a dentist. I left feeling that she lacks the care and skill necessary for this profession. I would not recommend her to anyone seeking quality dental care.
DO NOT COME HERE. Please bear with me as I have a lot to say. I am a new patient at this office. Came in for a general cleaning. My insurance fully covers cleanings however when I went to check out, I had a bill for 69.00. I then told them my insurance covers cleanings which they confirmed, however there were two additional components to the cleaning that were “optional” that they did not tell me about until I went to check out. Terrible dental office. They are trying to scam patients, and they are not honest. The dentist tried to push invisaline for no reason. Then the hygienist claimed she couldn't give me a cleaning because I "needed a deep cleaning", which would cost ne $500 out of pocket. After getting a second opinion this was not true. The hygienist pocket measurements claimed my pocket depth was 4-6mm but another dentist measured them as 1-3. Beware they are trying to scam people.
