Dr Symecko is the best dentist I have ever had and I am 72 years old so I have had a lot of dentists! He is kind, caring, professional, and is an exceptionally skilled dentist. He is easy to talk to and explains options and treatments thoroughly. I highly recommend him.
Madeline is such a great manager & person. She always greets with a smile and makes you comfortable enough to actually come back. Not fan of dentist office, but I’ll recommend this location with no hesitation.
Had issues making an appointment with them, the lady on the phone (Which after reading the reviews im assuming is the office manager) - was having trouble figuring out my insurance after stating the kind I had, practically going back and fourth with me and my insurance company then proceeded to say I lived too far. I’m only 30 minutes from the office. When arrived it was very unwelcoming and it felt almost as if she had an attitude. Worst office ever, I went to them for a broken crown because the porcelain crack and the entire back half of the biting surface broke off. Madeline the office manager submitted the claim incorrectly, never contacted me that it was denied, lied said there was a narrative submitted. When I contacted my insurance they said there was nothing attached but an x Ray. So I had to call the insurance myself because Madeline said they don't do that and file an appeal, which would not have been necessary if they would have submitted... read more
