This location went out of there way to schedule my daughter last minute. Which honestly can be extremely convenient, unfortunately we needed to reschedule and they were nothing but nice and very understanding for the last minute cancellation. I'm sure each employee gets a lot of good reviews that I wanted to call out Anthony he was very understanding and professional at the same time. I truly hope that they get a lot of good feedback. What a great and wonderful dentist office Great Expressions New Tampa is. Dr. Charmi Valharia always takes great care of my two little ones. She is so good with them, so much so, that my kids don't mind going in even to get teeth extracted. Jackie is amazing there too. She is always so friendly and helpful. My kids love her.
The staff is very professional and listens to any dental related concerns that you may have. There is no wait time for assisting with scheduled visit. Of course this saves a lot of time. The facility is clean and everyone has a inviting smile.
Dr Charmi is the best Pediatric Dentist I have ever met! She was patient and kind. My daughter came in for the first time. She fit my daughter into her schedule same day since we drove over 2.5 hrs for her 8 am appointment. She even helped us find an endodontist who would take our insurance and everything! I just wish I had found her sooner! I would have saved so much time. Thanks to her my daughter can get her herbst device and braces! Thank you for being the best pediatric dentist a child and mother could ask for!
I have been a patient at this dental office and feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. First, the lobby is consistently overcrowded, making every visit uncomfortable and suggesting the practice is significantly overbooked. Second, the front desk staff were consistently rude and unwelcoming — not what you expect when you're already anxious about a dental visit.
