While the office staff are very pleasant, the overall experience was terrible. Had multiple instances of the appointment being moved by the office. No worries. When we finally a date settled on, I was received by the kind office staff, but then waited an hour before the staff informed me that the dentist was too busy to see me and I was sent away without service. My first time experience at Great Expressions was very good. The staff was friendly, and even though I had a problem getting my records and referral sent to them, they worked hard to resolve the issue. Dr. Abied did a good job of explaining an upcoming procedure and answering my questions.
I’m a new patient and I can’t say enough about the amazing staff! I made an appointment for the next day. They were able to see me not only for the appointment but also a cleaning. Everyone there was so delightful, explained everything in detail, made me feel like I have been a patient for years. Waiting area can get crowded but it’s evidence of their loyal following. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further!
It was a good experience for my 2-year-old son's first visit to this dentist. They are very kind and attentive to children. I really like it.
If I could give this zero stars I would. They only get 1 star because I have to and I will say their staff is friendly. I took my 3 year old son in for a cleaning. Now when you go in for a cleaning you expect your child’s teeth to actually be brushed, flossed and rinsed. This is not what happened. To give you a time frame, our appointment was at 11am and we left the office at 11:09am. They took us back, “attempted” X-rays on him.
