I’m a new patient and I can’t say enough about the amazing staff! I made an appointment for the next day. They were able to see me not only for the appointment but also a cleaning. Everyone there was so delightful, explained everything in detail, made me feel like I have been a patient for years. Waiting area can get crowded but it’s evidence of their loyal following. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further!
While the office staff are very pleasant, the overall experience was terrible. Had multiple instances of the appointment being moved by the office. No worries. When we finally a date settled on, I was received by the kind office staff, but then waited an hour before the staff informed me that the dentist was too busy to see me and I was sent away without service. It was a good experience for my 2-year-old son's first visit to this dentist. They are very kind and attentive to children. I really like it.
My first time experience at Great Expressions was very good. The staff was friendly, and even though I had a problem getting my records and referral sent to them, they worked hard to resolve the issue. Dr. Abied did a good job of explaining an upcoming procedure and answering my questions.
This place is absolutely a hoax. They have the audacity to call this a dental office when they DONT even clean the patients teeth! I brought my kids to this office and left with 2 cavities and build up of plague. My son, who is 7, was left alone crying and scared. They would not let me see my child even in distress. As a matter of fact, they should NOT let a child be alone, they MUST be with a parent. They claimed to have “cleaned” his teeth, but only added a bit of fluoride and no flossing.
