This location went out of there way to schedule my daughter last minute. Which honestly can be extremely convenient, unfortunately we needed to reschedule and they were nothing but nice and very understanding for the last minute cancellation. I'm sure each employee gets a lot of good reviews that I wanted to call out Anthony he was very understanding and professional at the same time. I truly hope that they get a lot of good feedback. The staff is very professional and listens to any dental related concerns that you may have. There is no wait time for assisting with scheduled visit. Of course this saves a lot of time. The facility is clean and everyone has a inviting smile.
I’m a new patient and I can’t say enough about the amazing staff! I made an appointment for the next day. They were able to see me not only for the appointment but also a cleaning. Everyone there was so delightful, explained everything in detail, made me feel like I have been a patient for years. Waiting area can get crowded but it’s evidence of their loyal following. If you’re looking for a new dental office, look no further!
Everyone is pleasant. The walls are all open so you can hear everything that is happening in all the rooms. The cleaning I got took no more than 5 minutes. I've never had such a quick cleaning and even with polishing, I didn't have that "just saw the dentist" feeling. They don't spend a lot of time describing the costs to you; they just tell you "here's what it will cost" and don't discuss alternatives. This is an average office where you will get average care.
This place is absolutely a hoax. They have the audacity to call this a dental office when they DONT even clean the patients teeth! I brought my kids to this office and left with 2 cavities and build up of plague. My son, who is 7, was left alone crying and scared. They would not let me see my child even in distress. As a matter of fact, they should NOT let a child be alone, they MUST be with a parent. They claimed to have “cleaned” his teeth, but only added a bit of fluoride and no flossing.
