Every time I do business with a contractor, business, or client, I am held to a certain standard. If I am 30 minutes late for an appointment I agreed to, I expect my contractor or client to bbe ready to hear my reasoning and I will offer my apologies, and a discount if the situation justifies it. The staff here at Great Expectations Dental didn't even offer an apology. Leaving a 1 star because you have to select at least 1 to complete this review. What a scam!! They have multiple offices and if you are referred from 1 location to another, buyer beware… they will double bill you and then tell you they can’t look up the info from the other office to sort it out. Unfortunately this was one of the only places my father could come due to insurance reasons. Needless to say we ended up paying more than we expected. The doctor was a sweet heart but this was the first office that did not allow me to go back with my daughter. They did allow another Mother to go back so they pick and choose who went back that day! The nurse that I was asking if I can go back with my daughter, was being rude to me. then the same nurse was rude to my eight-year-old little daughter when she asked to use the bathroom. I am not comfortable with a place that does not let the parent in with the child. They refuse no matter the age. My daughter was 4 years old when I took her here and they did not want to let me in. I am not ok with 2 adults taking my child to a room alone. Even if it is a medical professional. Things can happen with anyone no matter the profession. They need to change that policy. Will not return.
Came to this place as a new patient for a check up and cleaning. They refused to do either one and told me I needed to sign up for a $425 dollar treatment plan that I had to pay every 3 months and told me I was not allowed to refuse it. After telling them I wasn't doing it and was going to leave they tried to trick me into signing a payment agreement for their services by saying it was just to confirm that everything was reviewed with me.
