If I could give this zero stars I would. They only get 1 star because I have to and I will say their staff is friendly. I took my 3 year old son in for a cleaning. Now when you go in for a cleaning you expect your child’s teeth to actually be brushed, flossed and rinsed. This is not what happened. To give you a time frame, our appointment was at 11am and we left the office at 11:09am. They took us back, “attempted” X-rays on him. Very attentive, professional and efficient staff. They took care of my kids cleaning quickly and follow up with us on questions before leaving. Explained any additional treatment options in detail. Gave us options. My kids felt comfortable going back!
The first time I had a visit here, I didn't think I was gonna stay. The doctor and the hygienist were both very forward about my needs and they didn't really have much compassion it felt like. However, my visit today completely changed my mind! The staff up front was very friendly, the entire process for checkin, my cleaning and payment only took 30 minutes! Great staff. Dr.Charmi Vakharia was sweet and caring. She explained everything well to me about next step of care for my son. Vanesa was also very nice and made it comfortable for my kids!
.. first time coming and love it! Very nice clean and very friendly, everyone was in love w/my daughter! And Kavishay(ShayShay) keep doing the amazing things that you do! I don’t remember the name of the DA that assisted my daughter but she was beyond wonderful! Thanks for always being great GE
