Recently moved to Georgia and needed a new dentist. This office seemed rated well so I thought we’d give them a chance. First impressions are the staff is so quiet. Not rude or indifferent toward you, just quiet. Once I got back in the chair I immediately noticed how dated the equipment is. You know, the yellowed white plastics kind of dated. I had an amazing experience at Great Expressions Dental Office! From the moment I checked in with Kam, I felt welcomed. Lauren and Haley, went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed even though I was super nervous, and made sure I understood everything that was going on for my cleaning. What cause I say, from the time I walked in to the time I left everything was great! The whole atmosphere was top tier! Thank you to the whole staff and special shoutout to Lauren! I've been going here a long time. The friendliness of the front staff is sometimes wonderful and sometimes not so great depending on who is waiting on you. The same for the hygienists. The recent hygienist is friendly and she does a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. However, she's a little rough, gets water on my face and seems it like she's in a big hurry. My last visit she didn't ask if I wanted the fluoride treatment (I don't usually get it) but as she was putting it on, she told me all the benefits of it, like she was ... read more
