Today was my first visit and I have to say I am truly impressed with the care that was provided. The team was professional and informative. The office is clean and staff seemed to care a lot about cross contamination switching out gloves through out my visit. That is what is most important. Thank you to this team for your care of me and husband!
If I could give a zero star rating for this establishment, I would. I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Where do I begin. 1. For context, my insurance covers all necessary dental care with a zero cost charge for everything. My initial appointment was for x-rays and a simple cleaning. Somehow ended up getting charged $224 because they failed to explain the extra stuff they wanted to give me and didn’t tell me until after they did stuff that my insurance wouldn’t cover it so I had to pay. My experience this last visit was phenomenal. The staff was attentive, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle yet thorough. The doctor was able to rule out some of the things that were in my dental plan that were unnecessary and made new recommendations that did serve me. Overall a great experience.
Recently moved to Georgia and needed a new dentist. This office seemed rated well so I thought we’d give them a chance. First impressions are the staff is so quiet. Not rude or indifferent toward you, just quiet. Once I got back in the chair I immediately noticed how dated the equipment is. You know, the yellowed white plastics kind of dated. A pleasant dentist visit isn’t just about having clean teeth. Today’s visit went exceptionally well. I was very impressed with the hygienist. She was incredibly kind from the moment she called me until she finished cleaning my teeth. I left the office feeling a sense of relief and rejuvenation, rather than feeling tense.
