Recently moved to Georgia and needed a new dentist. This office seemed rated well so I thought we’d give them a chance. First impressions are the staff is so quiet. Not rude or indifferent toward you, just quiet. Once I got back in the chair I immediately noticed how dated the equipment is. You know, the yellowed white plastics kind of dated. Love this office! My hygienist Amanda is very attentive. I was worried about some probing depths at my last visit. She recommended me a mouth wash and educated me about my flossing technique. I’m happy to report after my cleaning today that my gums are improving and I have reduced the pocket depths! Great service and great team (:
The receptionist was so kind and helpful. Process me in a timely manner. Nurses were great talked me thru my procedure as they worked on my mouth Very gentle. Was very happy with the hold staff.
I went to Great Expressions Peachtree City in an emergency, and was extremely impressed with the customer service as well as the professionalism displayed by all parties. Dr. Shirley Lathon was efficient and thorough in examining me. I thought it would take all day, but they got me in without hesitation and were kind in doing so. I have not had an experience in a dentistry office like this in my entire life. New and quick scans with new technology. Everyone on staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I was blessed to find this place.
