I’ve never left a rating for anything ever. If I could give this place negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I made an appointment online and had to book it 3 months out on a Thursday at 4pm. The week of my appointment on Monday I got a voicemail from them “regarding my appointment.” I immediately called back, but no one picked up, so I left a VM. I had an intake exam & cleaning appointment today, and every member of staff I interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable. The receptionist was busy but not dismissive or careless. Hunter the hygienist was very good at working around my problem teeth, very attentive, and didn't stall when taking the X-rays, something I appreciate since the bitewing does dig into your mouth as it always tends to do. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had three appointments scheduled and all three were cancelled without any notification. I drove an hour and a half to this office only for them to tell me they cancelled the appointment, claiming that they called me. I pulled up my call logs and had received no calls from them. The receptionist was also extremely rude, to the point that her manager had to tell her to calm down multiple times. Getting new dentures and went for my second appointment. I forgot the time so was late and they still got me in quickly 😊
Hygienist was good. Problem is front desk person tried charging me $75 for regular cleaning that is covered by insurance. They should know this based on my insurance plan.
