I had an appointment with Victoria. The Practice’s Hygienist. She is young & energetic. & excellent at her job. Ethel, my favourite receptionist, had gone home by the time I arrived, apparently because she had worked till very late yesterday. But Amber was there, and she was friendly and efficient, in having me fill out &/or correct the standard forms that the Practice uses.
