Everyone in this office was wonderful. Jasmine, the Dental assistant, was quick and understanding when taking the X-rays. Debbie, the Dental hygienist, was the MOST gentle! It was the best cleaning I have ever gotten. The dentist, whose name I don't remember, was kind and she listened. Most dentists pop in and out, you hardly know they were there. But this dentist was different. She seemed to really care. If only all Great Expressions locations were the same as Southfield. Try them out!
There is a team working together at this location! Everyone in the office is wonderful...professional, welcoming, and caring! I especially thank Ms. Johnnie for her gentle touch with us today! When someone has had a previous bad experience elsewhere and held tightly onto fear of the same experience, it's hard to get them to try again. Well, Ms. Johnnie's calm tone and honesty broke through the barrier(s)! Thank you!!
Today was my first visit to this GE location. I called because I was running late. I totally forgot about my appointment. The gentleman over the phone encouraged me to come in to get what I could get done. I came in and the front desk staff were kind, friendly, and caring. Johnnie was so amazing. She was very thorough and I have never had a better experience at the dentist. From the X-rays to the exam....she made sure everything was done. I had a wonderful experience with one of the orthodontist/dentist named Jonnie. She was wonderful and the service was amazing. Check in was timely and I got great advice for teeth care afterwards. I would definitely recommend this location!
Very great visit! The hygienist was very thorough yet gentle..constantly checking for my comfort level. Dentist had great personality and checkout was simple
