my experience was beyond amazing ! i was so terrifieddddddddd but the staff especially my dentist Johnny made sure i was okay and comfortable. any slight sign of discomfort Johnny made sure to pause and ask how i was feeling then added more numbing gel if needed. the dental assistant was amazing as well she did an amazing job coaching me through my anxiety and nervousness. my experience definitely changed my view and fear of the dentist ! I had a great experience at Great Expressions! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. McCoy was very professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning. The office was spotless and the equipment looked modern. Highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a dentist who really cares about their patients.

The service was welcoming and there wasn't a long wait between my scheduled appointment and the time I was actually called. My dental hygienist, Debbie, was very thorough, polite and informative. She informed me of everything she was doing while cleaning my teeth. This was my first visit at this office and I appreciate the service rendered.

Everyone in this office was wonderful. Jasmine, the Dental assistant, was quick and understanding when taking the X-rays. Debbie, the Dental hygienist, was the MOST gentle! It was the best cleaning I have ever gotten. The dentist, whose name I don't remember, was kind and she listened. Most dentists pop in and out, you hardly know they were there. But this dentist was different. She seemed to really care. If only all Great Expressions locations were the same as Southfield. Try them out!
