Amazing and empathetic team!!! My 9 year kids (son) expanders came off partially, my primary dental office Novi Ortho Great Expressions had no doctors (dentist or nurses) available to support until one week. I was referred to the Southfield location and the team here took care of my 9 year old immediately without any delay. They accommodated a last minute request and stayed open longer just to ensure a little kid does not endure pain for 1 full week. God bless this team❤️.
I was referred to this location through the Oak Park office because I already have braces and was told I could continue my treatment here. Unfortunately, my experience was not welcoming. The staff member who examined me made a comment about my brushing that came across as rude and dismissive. I completely understand the importance of oral hygiene, but delivery matters. We had to travel an hour and a half to get replacement retainers for my daughter. All of the staff were great, however, we did have an issue with one retainer not properly fitted upon completion. It had to be redone, and I really didn't want to have to return another day to pick it up since I had to take the day off of work. I was initially informed that they didn't have time to remake it same day, but one of the staff, Latoya, went above and beyond to make it happen. People like her restore my faith in customer service.
I love my new smile now! 10 out of ten! Great experience definitely worth the money.Definitely recommend them for braces can’t stop looking at my teeth! They were always professional and helpful!
