The doctors are great but the receptionists are very rude and change their policies everyday. My sons have 4pm appointments for their braces to get tightened. I get a phone call from the ortho office at 3:45 saying that they take their last appointment at 4pm and if they get there past 4 they are going to have to reschedule and I’m going to have to pay a $35 fee because they missed their appointment. I then call the ortho office back to let them know that my sons are stuck in traffic and would not make it until 4:03-4:04. T... read more
I’ve been going here for years however there is a new receptionist there named Ashley that is VERY rude and disrespectful. She always seems to complicate things for whereas other receptionist are respectful and understanding. Whenever I call I ask to speak with someone else now because her negativity is excessive.
Previous orthodontist was exceptional; new Dr does not appear to be an ortho specialist, but a regular dentist.
Since they moved..its chaotic. Cant find your files. A 30 minute visit turns into an hour and a half.
The doctors are great. The receptionist is the LEAST professional human being I have ever met. Pam I believe her name is. On a total power trip, does not care about the patients what so ever. I understand it’s someone’s job to take payments and make appointments. I DON’T understand making someone who is behind on payments but who is actively paying to make that up and doing their very best to pay as much as possible regularly for months, large payments at times, to NOT allow me to make MY LAST appointment until it’s paid MO... read more
