I'd been with my dentist for almost 30 years before he retired so I was used to being treated a certain way. Even if you take away the familiarity, I expect good customer service. My first appointment was interesting and lacked the basic customer service, especially from the initial arrival to the point I just wanted to walk out. The receptionist Lorie was so sweet and made my wait enjoyable. Once I got in the back for service with ortho assistant she was wonderful. She was new to the office and I couldn’t tell. She was gentle with her care and you can tell she loves what she does.

Service is horrible!!!! Receptionists are always rude and seem like they wake up with an attitude. Will leave you on hold for 15mins+ just to schedule an appointment. Had a procedure done and they stuck me in my gums with a needle, but didn’t numb up the spot they shot me in. I’ve been having the worse service with this location for the last two years, I don’t know what happened to this place! Use to be a great dentist office

They have been very good and patient with me, Having some scheduling issues and such. Very polite and helpful!
