I started going to Great Expressions in 2018 with my sister for braces, and I always looked forward to my appointments. From choosing band colors to seeing Dr. Kelly Chioffe who is truly amazing the experience was always positive and fun. Her staff has always been friendly, professional, and welcoming. I’ve had horrible customer service at this location, and this third interaction is the final straw. The phone receptionist is consistently unprofessional. I called today because my child’s retainer snapped in half. The first thing she did was put me on hold for almost five minutes without any explanation. When she came back on the line, she asked for my child’s information even though I had already given it. This place has been just incredible all three of my kids are there they are always kind always available and do a great job I really have to say I was a little scared at first but they've walked me through it and the experience has been incredible I would recommend them for anyone especially if their kids need braces
