I started my treatment at Great Expressions in Atlanta. When I moved to Florida, I had to transfer my treatment to this location in Stuart. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the quality. It is very poor compared to the office in Atlanta. The service is not good, the level of the professionals is not good, and the front desk staff is not friendly. Shocking profit over people operation! I came in for a simple cleaning and exam, agreeing to one-time X-rays as a new patient. They took 19 X-rays—then pushed for a 360° scan. What could they possibly see in the 360° that wasn’t in the 19 they just took? I refused it as I already do not like over exposure to radiation. As a new patient, I had my first cleaning with Lester. He gave me the most thorough cleaning of my life! He explained everything to me beforehand and was super gentle and concerned for my comfort level. The office manager was also very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this dental practice!!

I was treated very well. The only problem is waiting so long . they give you an appointment at 10:30. They take you at 11:30. Why not just give you an 1130 appointment but I was treated great. The dentist was great was not scared at all. He was very nice calming and I hate needles, but he was very, very nice. Couldn’t complain about any of the service I had. It was wonderful.

I tried to schedule an appointment and the receptionist that answered the phone was of no help, mid conversation she hung up on me and then proceeded to answer the phone and hang up on me the next 3 times I called. Im sure this is a great office however I wont be coming here to find out. I scheduled at another dental office who had no issues speaking with me and setting an appointment. Maybe some training or new reception staff would be helpful.
