As someone that has high anxiety when it comes to thr dentist this was the best experience for me. From the initial call to make thr appointment to the visit and the follow up after. Everyone was pleasant, professional and understanding of my anxiety. Everyone communicated what was happening. I met with Dr. Rawls at the Marietta office on Monday this week. I am glad I chose to go there. Dr Rawls was so so courteous and friendly and at best professional. He took time to explain every bit of what he planed to do. He made me very confident and comfortable and I had no doubt I could trust him to take care of my problem. His wealth of experience and knowledge I found very impressive as well. I would recommend him 100% to anyone who needs a great Dentist they can trust. Thanks for your time
Dr. Rawls is an extremely knowledgeable dentist. He takes the time to speak to his patients in a way that is both caring and sincere. I appreciated him taking the time to try and figure out an issue that I am experiencing with one of my upper teeth. I highly recommend him and the rest of the team at this practice.
Recently went to my first appointment at the Summit location of Great Expressions. Everyone in the office - from the receptionist to the general dentist - was pleasant, professional, and proficient. Monica is a terrific hygienist! Great experience.
Everyone was so professional, respectful and friendly. From the receptionist, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist and Dentist. I loved Monica. Did a great job with cleaning my teeth. . She, along with receptionist, also helped me determine if my dental insurance was applicable for the visit because there was a caveat.
