Very disappointed with my experience at this office. I had a 2pm appointment for a regular checkup and cleaning and this was my first visit here. I wasn’t taken back till 2:45 and after waiting another 10-15 mins someone finally came in to take xrays. The doctor did come and do a quick exam and I’ll say he was very pleasant. However, after, the assistant came and told me that there was no one available to do my cleaning till Tuesday. This was after I had said multiple times that I was there for a cleaning. This was my first time seeing Dr. Rawls. I needed to have a couple of teeth removed. During the procedure he made sure I understood what was going on and that I was doing ok. He made me feel very comfortable. He and his staff were very kind and understanding. I have vertigo and sciatica and was not feeling well. They were so gentle and compassionate and bent over backwards to make sure I was ok. They even escorted me to my ride to make sure I didn't fall and got there safely.
What a great experience this morning at Dr. Rawl's office! Everyone from the Receptionist to the Hygienist to the Doctor. All were great on my first visit to their office. Thank you!
I’d like to say the team at Summit Great Expression is AMAZING! Dr.Rawls & Monica are the BEST! Monica the hygienist was kind, gentle and caring. During my cleaning she asked multiple times if I was ok and if I was comfortable. Dr.Rawls was very informative and explained what I needed in a way that I could understand. This location was very inviting and quick. I HIGHLY recommend.
Always great care when I come (and Maya is awesome!). But I’ve never had an appointment that was on time. You may wonder why I continue to come back. I’ve chosen to expect the delay and plan for this in my schedule (adding buffer time) for various reasons and make it work.
