The Great Expression Summit location is AMAZING! I had almost lost faith in the Great Expression brand due to a bad experience at the Kennesaw location which I had been going to for years but today my faith has been restored! From the front desk, to the x-rays, cleaning and the dental check at the end... EVERYTHING was on point. Evan, Monica and Dr. Rawls did not disappoint. I didn't catch the ladies at the front desk names but they too were professional and super sweet. ❤️
I transferred from another Great Expression office that I had a really bad experience and was hesitant to go to another office. I was pleasantly surprised. My dentist and his staff is wonderful and would recommend anyone to get any dental service needed from the Summit location.
The young ladies at the front desk were amazing at the Marietta location. One of them is named Elyse and the other young lady I didn’t capture her name, but she and Elyse worked well together setting a team-like environment. The doctor was great and explained every thing in depth for my situation. It is also a nice office. I will gladly return to this location.
New patient- Dr. Jerome Rawls and his staff were very friendly and professional. As a senior and widow who due to grief (12/2023), and relocating from another state I was a little unease because I had had proper dental care. Dr Rawls was empathetic. kind and though when explain my treatment plan. I have found my dentist!
My experience has always been great. I've been coming to this location for approximately 2 years. I'm grateful for the professionalism from staff down to the Dr. I really appreciate the care that I always receive during each visit. I've been a patient with Great Expressions Dental for over 10yrs and their like family to me. If you're looking for a great dentist and experience. I highly recommend the services.
