I schedule an appointment for a routine cleaning. My previous dental office no longer accepts my insurance, so I had to book my appointment as a new client at Great Expressions. When I went in, the front office team greeted me and were kind. My name was called and I entered the back escorted by a friendly young lady that informed me that I had to be evaluated before the cleaning. I understood and agreed. I brought my son for a rioutine cleaning and it was a big mistake . The place was filthy and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I cannot stress enough how bad this dentist office is. I hope enough people take the time to report this , hopefully forcing change for the better

Do not recommend. Cant handle a simple prescription. Seems like entire staff is inexperienced
Awful. Worse than a car shop. They find everything wrong with you, then refuse service if you dont want their upselling. Horrible front desk staff. They even yelled my dental problems loudly to the whole front lobby, hippa violation? Do not recommend.
