I called this office months ago to confirm that they take Dentegra Dental Discount Program. I was told that they do give this discount. Now one day before the appointment they tell me they don't take it. We are talking for a few minutes and not once did the lady apologize until I said they should apologize. This is very poor service. Even if they tell you they take your plan beware that in truth they may not.
The staff is welcoming and professional. Outstanding customer service. Angela, my dental hygienist there may be some as good but none better. She is very informative and educational at explaining what the issue is and what to pay attention to.
I have been going to Great Expressions for years. They are all very friendly and helpful. I would never change dentists!
Angie is very professional yet super friendly, she is great at her job and puts you at ease which is something I have a very hard time with at the dentist, Canton Great Expressions is a a great place!
Last minute visit to fix a temp crown that fell out. Was quick and painless. Office visits are always quick. Very satisfied with the dental work. Staff are all super friendly and explained every question thoroughly.
