my son had an impacted tooth and they told me they took my insurance And gave me a card and said call this number because your son needs a MRI x-ray or a CT scan x-ray something like that and they said that a van would come to my house and they have the x-ray machine inside of it so thats what I did. I didnt find out until they got there that I had to pay $400 out of pocket , and then I would have to send that to my insurance company for reimbursement. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My fiance sat in the waiting room for 1 hour and then sat in the chair for 30 minutes. That is not how you run a business. You should not be sitting there for 1 1/2 hours to get a cleaning done. No idea how much longer he would have been there before he saw someone since I told him its ridiculous to to be waiting there that long.
I had a service provided to me for cleaning back in November 2021. However, this provider sent my bill to the INCORRECT insurance as I have a dental insurance rider plan attached to a primary medical plan. They have sent me repeated bills after clarifying this information. Fast forward to over 1 year later, they have sent my bill to the collection while refusing to send my claim to the CORRECT insurance. They sent me a letter terminating my dentist patient relationship because they offer horrible services. They are always rude and unprofessional. I called them numerous times complaining, but nothing was done. They never responded to my emails about their horrible services. I stopped using them for years because of the horrible service. I was forced to return to them after being off from work; the worst mistake every!!! The employees are rude and beyond unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
It took almost a year to settle the bill and I just finally paid it to be done with this horrid place. They charged for something not covered by our insurance after I told them to do nothing that our insurance didn't cover. I don't believe they did the procedure that they charged me for. They didn't file correctly with our insurance over several months after I continually called and walked them through how to bill it. They submitted a claim to my insurance for two procedures that they never provided. Also, they overcharged ************ and my credit card. They stated that they served me with 7 antibiotics in one day! Please do not go there. I don't know the reasons why the government allows them to keep scaming people.
Agree totally with what ********* S wrote. They push extra fees on you for fluoride, cancer screening and an infectious fee. They push the deep clean instead of the regular cleaning that is covered by insurance. And the final straw is paying too much in the first place and then over two years later they decide to send you an invoice for a balance due! Needs to be investigated for unethical practices.
Do NOT go here! My husband was seen in the ************ as a new patient for a filling. The dentist did not listen to him when he said he was not numb and continued to work. The dentist was sloppy and unprofessional. This filling will probably not even hold up! This whole visit was done "caveman style". We will not be going here or taking any of our family members here! I suggest you avoid this place at all cost!
I went here on 1/5/23. My appointment was originally for 3&3:30 but the day before they called to tell me my appointment was actually at 3:30 which would have been nice to know since I had to get off of work early for this. When I got back into the room where they take my X-Rays I was shown a treatment plan which had fees for fluoride, and infectious fee and a cancer screening preventative fee.
