They really messed me up. Still suffering from the mess they made
Ive been seeing Great Expressions for over 8 years, everything was great until I had an issue with my mouth after receiving my treatment, I informed the ** that I was in the most pain that Ive ever experienced, since Ive had my braces. The ** never suggested that I see my general dentist. I ended up needing a root canal, I no longer wanted to see that ** because of how I was ignored and how it was a joke to him. Unprofessional and unorganized. I was called on numerous occasions because I set an appointment for my children in ******, **. And I had been to Great Expressions before with the same insurance months prior. And we were just trying to verify my kids information. She stated she called Humana and the insurance was not through Humana. Which you new bc once you run the insurance it will tell you exactly who the dental insurance is. They are the worst. They made my partial and it fits awful. Makes my gums very sore! So after going back 5 times to get the fit better. They finally decided to make a whole new one. After waiting a month they tell me they have no dentist right now and it will be a couple of weeks. This makes no sense. But Im putting in a complaint with Lansing a.s.a.p! TERRIBLE PLACE FOR EMPLOYMENT AND BUSINESS. THE MANAGER IS NASTY AND RUDE. THE EMPLOYEES VIOLATE HIPPA POLICIES. THIS PLACE ALWAYS HAVE SOMETHING BROKEN. JUST HORRIBLE!
DO NOT GO HERE. They stole my crown! I came in Thursday, August 15 to get my crown put back on because it had fallen off. The dental assistant took the crown, fit it on my tooth and said she had to make some adjustments. After that the dentist came in and went over my X-rays with me, I was overwhelmed so I left forgetting my crown. I had a dental surgery done on 08/08/2024 and I paid $225.00 because my insurance was going to cover the rest of the expenses. That what the lady told me. On 08/15/2024, I found out that my insurance rejected the claim because this dental clinic didn't pre authorized the surgery. I called my insurance and was told that this dental clinic just have to do appeal and my insurance cover it.
