They are the worst. They made my partial and it fits awful. Makes my gums very sore! So after going back 5 times to get the fit better. They finally decided to make a whole new one. After waiting a month they tell me they have no dentist right now and it will be a couple of weeks. This makes no sense. But Im putting in a complaint with Lansing a.s.a.p! Ive never heard of this before. So I hope after I put in my complaint they get invested and hopefully closed down. This makes no sense!!!!! So please think twice before going ... read more

DO NOT GO HERE. They stole my crown! I came in Thursday, August 15 to get my crown put back on because it had fallen off. The dental assistant took the crown, fit it on my tooth and said she had to make some adjustments. After that the dentist came in and went over my X-rays with me, I was overwhelmed so I left forgetting my crown. I had a dental surgery done on 08/08/2024 and I paid $225.00 because my insurance was going to cover the rest of the expenses. That what the lady told me. On 08/15/2024, I found out that my insurance rejected the claim because this dental clinic didn't pre authorized the surgery. I called my insurance and was told that this dental clinic just have to do appeal and my insurance cover it. The first time I was there I got a cleaning and waited in the chair for half an hour for the dentist. She was in the other room performing some kind of procedure. She finally came in, looked in my mouth for 30 seconds, and said my teeth looked great and left. That was a year ago. We have been trying to schedule a follow-up since then. In May when we were originally scheduled. they canceled because they didn't have a hygienist. Today we scheduled online and they called and canceled. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Every time I come here, I have to wait over an hour past my appointment time. Mind you- I show up ***** min before my appt. It always feels like theyre over booking or down rooms. Im currently waiting for my appointment that was supposed to be at 2pm, and it is now 3:13pm. Ive been sitting here waiting since 1:45. This place has NO consideration for people and their time. Wont be coming back here again.

Years ago, I visited a dental office in *******, **, informing them I only required a cleaning and had a recent x-ray from the previous month. I requested to use the existing x-ray, to which they agreed. However, they later insisted on a new x-ray, which I declined to prevent additional costs, stating my need for only an insurance-covered cleaning. I wish this could be "no stars"! This is a money grab business. You're given information at sign in with optional procedures. Then they add multiple services that are "treatment plans". It feels like extortion. The manager of the ******** location on ************, *****************************, seems to believe if she says the process several times, she's done. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist office I have ever been to and I will NEVER return! My appointment was for 8 am for an exam and my root canal appointment, I was at the dentist's office from 7:45 am until 6 pm as the Dental assistant was instructed by the doctor to construct individual crowns and a temporary bridge. The dental assistant did not do as she was instructed and became frustrated while working in my mouth, causing me intense pain.
