Looks like I found my new commercial metal roofing contractor!! Brian Miller and Great Lakes Commercial Roofing just finished our District Office roof and gutters. This roof was a little complicated with the multiple valleys and detailed flashing needed. Brian and the crew onsite were very professional and knowledgeable. Jobsite was cleaned daily!! I will definitely consider them for future Edgewood Colesburg CSD projects.
Process was smooth from bid to completion. Brian did a comprehensive inspection for the bid which was very reasonable. Calven who managed the job was super to work with, friendly and professional. Jobsite was kept very neat and orderly. Final bill was exactly what the bid was. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work.
Great Lakes did a great job on my commercial building. I’m offsite so their automated daily updates were very helpful. Pricing was competitive and communication was great. I would highly recommend
