Doc saw me same day for emergency dental care. This office has the very best, most professional and caring staff I've ever met. My care has been top notch in every way. I cannot recommend them enough. You want the best? They help make it affordable as well if you've no insurance. I LOVE THEM!
They were fast to look into insurance coverage. Did follow up call promptly once approved. Dr. Renee fixed my tooth in a short time frame that looks great and matched perfectly. Will be happy to continue using them. The office is in a nice quaint spot as well. I would highly recommend them if looking for a new dentist.
I can’t say enough about this office! I’m amazed by the kindness and the quality. Their efficiency and responsiveness when I had an emergency broken tooth was extremely impressive. They were able to get me in very quickly for my crown appointments following a next day appointment for my emergency. I’m so incredibly grateful. Horrible dentist. Trashed a root canal then “started” a second one to burn the rest of my insurance before crowning the first one. Had to have the first tooth completely removed by my new dentist after it had fallen apart in my mouth. My new dentist also had to redo the second root canal that was started but wasn’t ever finished properly, to the point my tooth calcified the roots off and they couldn’t even drill it out completely. This is the best dental practice I have ever had. You show up for your appt on time, and your wait to get to the exam room is less than 5 minutes. The staff are very courteous and friendly. I also feel their pricing is less for the same procedures at other local dentists as well. We are very satisfied with Great Lakes Dental in Howell!
