I have been a patient at the Livonia Great Lakes Dental for well over 30 years. I am a resident of Howell and worked in Livonia. Upon retiring I decided to seek other facilities closer to my home. Unbeknownst to me there is a branch less than 5 mi from my home. So now Howell Great Lakes Dental is my new dentist office. The staff at Great Lakes Dental, are a very amazing group of people! We're friendly and caring atmosphere. Easy to relate to, listens to any concerns you have to fix your dental issues. Very happy with all my experiences with the dentist and her staff.
I highly recommend this dental office! Dr. Renee went above and beyond to help me. I was experiencing severe tooth pain on a Friday and, thankfully, she happened to be there in personally answered the phone. She promptly called in an anabiotic and scheduled me for the first available appointment on Monday morning. She treated my tooth, and a last-minute cancellation opened up later that day, they got me in for a cleaning as well. The hygienist was fantastic and took excellent care of me. Doc saw me same day for emergency dental care. This office has the very best, most professional and caring staff I've ever met. My care has been top notch in every way. I cannot recommend them enough. You want the best? They help make it affordable as well if you've no insurance. I LOVE THEM!
They were fast to look into insurance coverage. Did follow up call promptly once approved. Dr. Renee fixed my tooth in a short time frame that looks great and matched perfectly. Will be happy to continue using them. The office is in a nice quaint spot as well. I would highly recommend them if looking for a new dentist.
