Met Kevin at the Porter County Fair. We were nervous about using him to install our new in ground pool liner due to reading some poor reviews and the company not being a local company. This was the only company that would convert our low hung Polynesian pool liner to a full liner. Kevin came to the house and thoroughly measured for the new liner. We hired Great Lakes Pleasure Pools in April to install a new liner in an in ground pool. The quote was in line with other pool companies that we researched. We liked that they were able to install the liner within a few weeks. We paid half up front and the other half the day the liner was installed. After the liner was installed we noticed wrinkles in the bottom of the pool. We call Kevin Bi, the owner of Great Lakes.
